* Swarovski materials are more expensive but the quality is assured as its authentic.

FAQs

How do i place my order?

Simply state your handphone model or which ever covers you're getting for a customized design and let us know of the design you have in mind before confirming the order. We'll help and guide you through the materials selection stages as well as the finalization of your designs before submitting the final order slip and getting your invoice.

How much is the customization fees/price?
You'll have to let us know what design you have in mind before we do a draft of the design and quote you with a pricing.

I don't have any designs in mind. Can I still order?

You can discuss with us for a design according to your dislikes or likes. If you're getting it as a gift, you can state the favorite colors and likes of the person and we can come up with a design to your liking too. It would be good if you can state the kind of backdrop (pearls/crystals), colors and shades you're looking for and the kind of trinkets (ribbons/flowers) you prefer.


Why is the cost so high?

All our materials are imported from Japan. This makes the cost fee of the materials expensive as we assure the quality of the products and hence, we still choose to opt for the more expensive deals.

What's the kind of glue used? Will my trinkets fall out easily?

None of our customers up to date have complained about such incidents. We do not however recommend customers to misplace the covers like shoving them inside the handbag (not in a pocket). If impacts are harsh, the trinkets might fall out but we use a hypo cement glue imported from USA; the quality's assured too.


Is postage safe? Will my items break easily?

We do bubble and safety wrappings for all customers that opt for postage. If you think normal postage might be risky, do opt for registered postage to ensure a better handling of your item.

How long is the waiting time?

It can take about a week to 2-3 weeks to complete an order depending on the number of orders we have on hand and the stocks we have on hand for your designs. If all items are instock, it'll make the deal faster as we only need about 1-2 days to fully do up a single handphone cover.
